rbd: add unit test for checkHealthyPrimary
Removed the code in checkHealthyPrimary which makes the ceph call, passing it as input now. Added unit test for checkHealthyPrimary function Signed-off-by: Madhu Rajanna <madhupr007@gmail.com>
