rebase: vendor dependencies for Vault API

Uses github.com/libopenstorage/secrets to communicate with Vault. This
removes the need for maintaining our own limited Vault APIs.

By adding the new dependency, several other packages got updated in the
process. Unused indirect dependencies have been removed from go.mod.

formats.
Thanks to @YashishDua for their contributions to this release.
## 1.14.0 (20 Feb 2020)
Enhancements:
* [#771][]: Optimize calls for disabled log levels.
* [#773][]: Add millisecond duration encoder.
* [#775][]: Add option to increase the level of a logger.

Thanks to @caibirdme for their contributions to this release.
## 1.13.0 (13 Nov 2019)
Enhancements:
* [#758][]: Add `Intp`, `Stringp`, and other similar `*p` field constructors

Thanks to @jbizzle for their contributions to this release.
## 1.12.0 (29 Oct 2019)
Enhancements:
* [#751][]: Migrate to Go modules.
## 1.11.0 (21 Oct 2019)
