rbd: check for clusterid mapping in RegenerateJournal()
This commit adds fetchMappedClusterIDAndMons() which returns monitors and clusterID info after checking cluster mapping info. This is required for regenerating omap entries in mirrored cluster with different clusterID. Signed-off-by: Rakshith R <rar@redhat.com>
