cephfs: enable ceph-fuse big_writes by default

By default, the write buffer size in libfuse2 is 2KiB
`fuse_big_writes = true` option is used to override this limit.
This commit makes `fuse_big_writes = true` option as default
in ceph.conf.

Closes: #1928
