457ffe884a cleanup: address golangci 'usetesting' linter issues 
When a context.Context is needed in a unit test, t.Context() should be
used instead of creating a new one with context.TODO() or
context.Background().

130e8b42f2 cephfs: use conf.InstanceID instead of global variable 
RBD does not have a global CSIInstanceID variable anymore, there is no
need for CephFS to use one either.
