Some templates are now generated with the API, and these include
namespaces as "quotes" values. Namespace replacing in the templates need
to replace both the unquoted and quoted strings.

There are many locations where a new context is created. These can be
reduced when subsequent calls re-use a previously created context
object.

Kubernetes 1.27 deprecates `PollImmediate()`, and golangci-lint
complains about the usage of the deprecated function.

as ioutil.ReadFile is deprecated and
suggestion is to use os.ReadFile as
per https://pkg.go.dev/io/ioutil updating
the same.

nlreturn linter requires a new line before return
and branch statements except when the return is alone
inside a statement group (such as an if statement) to
increase code clarity. This commit addresses such issues.

IsRetryableAPIError is not available in latest
kubernetes release ie 1.20.0 created a internal
function called isRetryableAPIError for the same.
