This change introduces a `RadosNamespace` field to the CephFS struct.
The RadosNamespace field specifies the RADOS namespace for storing
the omap data of CephFS subvolumes.

It seems that original commit 4c2d2caf9f modified the API under the
vendor/ directory. Weirdly this did not cause any issues?! The change
should have been done in the api/deploy/kubernetes/ file instead, that
gets sync'd after running "go mod vendor".

This commit exposes CSI ConfigMap over an API.
This will allow projects like Rook to consume CSI configMap
directly from Ceph-CSI.

this fsgrouppolicy setting was missing in api/deploy/* which
caused the yamlgen to not pickup this. this commit address the
same.

deploy: remove beta storage group mention from csidriver yaml
the kubernetes version based enablement of storage api group
enablement is no longer requried and its already on v1 for
supported kubernetes versions.

These deployment files are heavily based on the CephFS deployment.
Deploying an environment with these files work for me in minikube. This
should make it possible to add e2e testing as well.

The API is extended for generation of the NFS CSIDriver object. The
YAML file under deploy/ was created by `yamlgen`.
The contents of the csidriver.yaml file is heavily based on the upstream
CSIDriver from the Kubernetes csi-driver-nfs project.
Because ./tools/yamlgen uses the API, it gets copied under vendor/ .
This causes two copies of the API to be included in the repository, but
that can not be prevented, it seems.
