Currently the scripts/install-snapshot.sh script needs to be called
depending on the Kubernetes version. It would be much easier to use the
script if it is intelligent enough to decide itself whether k8s snapshot
controller needs to be installed or not.

Just like deploy-rook and teardown-rook, this patch will add
install snapshotter and cleanup snapshotter option to minikube
script.

The error check condition in genVolFromID() is always false as far as
code reading/workflow goes. Removing it for the same reason.

Obviously expecting a pool with name `rbd` or CephFS name `myfs`
will be a limitation, as the pool/fs is created by admin manually,
let them choose the name that suits their requirement and come back
edit it in the storage class.
Making the pool/fs name as required field will give more attention,
else with new users it will be mostly left unedited until one hit
the errors saying no pool/fs exists.
This patch clips-off the default pool/fs name and make it a mandatory
field.

The ceph-csi upgrade version is now present in the
job configuration, this can be removed from here
to avoid redundancy.

When replication count is >1 of the provisioner, the added anti-affinity rules
will prevent provisioner operators from scheduling on the same nodes. The
kubernetes scheduler will spread the pods across nodes to improve availability
during node failures.

cephcsi uses cli for fetching snap list as well as to check the
snapshot namespace, replaced that with go-ceph calls.

When passing
fuseMountOptions: debug
in the StorageClass, the mount options passed on the ceph-fuse
commandline result in "-o nonempty ,debug". The additional space before
the ",debug" causes the mount command to fail.

Updating the version of golang.org/x/text to version v0.3.3.
It fixes the vulnerability in http://golang.org/x/text/encoding/unicode
which leads UTF-16 decoder entering an infinite loop causing
the program to crash or run out of memory.

If "snapshot-autoprotect" feature is present, The UnprotectSnapshot

With the improvements from #1480 there is no need to specify the full
Kubernetes versions anymore, the major version is sufficient now.
