Restoring a snapshot with a new PVC results with a wrong
dataPoolName in case of initial volume linked
to a storageClass with topology constraints and erasure coding.

nlreturn linter requires a new line before return
and branch statements except when the return is alone
inside a statement group (such as an if statement) to
increase code clarity. This commit addresses such issues.

This commit adds t.Helper() to the test helper
function. With this call go test prints correct
lines of code for failed tests. Otherwise,
printed lines will be inside helpers functions.

The Go linter paralleltest checks that the t.Parallel
gets called for the test method and for the range of
test cases within the test.

The internal/ directory in Go has a special meaning, and indicates that
those packages are not meant for external consumption. Ceph-CSI does
provide public APIs for other projects to consume. There is no plan to
keep the API of the internally used packages stable.
