Remove the vsg flag present in the older snapshotter
which is meant only for the Alpha Release and we are
no longer installing Alpha CRD.

all the sidecar log level is not set
to 5 by default, without debug logs
we cannot understand what is wrong
in the tests, this commits sets the
log level to 5 for csi pods.

As we dont need to enable nfs modules
in ceph v16.2.8 onwards skipping this one.
Because of this one we have a regression
in nfs export

There are many locations where a new context is created. These can be
reduced when subsequent calls re-use a previously created context
object.

complains about the usage of the deprecated function.

The scale down/up functions fail often with "deployment not found"
errors. Possibly deploying with Podman is slower than deploying in a
minikube VM, and there is a delay for the deployment to become
available.

The tests for the NFS-provisioner can be run by passing -deploy-nfs and
-test-nfs as parameters to the `go test` or `e2e.test` command.

it might need sometime for the deployment to
get created, consider the NotFound as a valid
error and retry again.
