As we dont need to enable nfs modules
in ceph v16.2.8 onwards skipping this one.
Because of this one we have a regression
in nfs export

The clients parameter in the storage class is used to limit access to
the export to the set of hostnames, networks or ip addresses specified.

Update the getConfigFile() function to allow any file to be looked
at on the preferred location first and fall back to the alternate
location if it does not exist there.

in the examples folder initially. Moving them to
deploy folder and updating the relevant files.

There are many locations where a new context is created. These can be
reduced when subsequent calls re-use a previously created context
object.

Kubernetes 1.27 deprecates `PollImmediate()`, and golangci-lint
complains about the usage of the deprecated function.

Many Kubernetes test framework functions now require a context to be
passed. Use `context.TODO()` for this, just like is done for some of the
functions already.

CephNFS can enable different security flavours for exported volumes.
This can be configured in the optional `secTypes` parameter in the
StorageClass.

Some of the steps still refer to CephFS, likely missed some replacements
while copy/pasting. The logging is a little confusing when messages
claim something with CephFS failed, but the test is about NFS.

We run CI jobs on kubernetes 1.22 by default
and we dont need to have a check to make sure
we have atleast Kubernetes 1.22 for few tests.
As we have CI runs on 1.22 by default, Removing
unwanted check.

Some of the deployment artifacts refer to others (like ServiceAccount in
a Deployment). If the dependencies are not available (yet), there will
be errors reported in the logs. By deploying the components in a more
correct order, fewer errors are reported, making the logs a little
easier to understand.

NFS testing will automatically be enabled when CephFS is enabled. This
makes sure the NFS tests run in the CI where there are different jobs
for CephFS and RBD. With a dedicated testNFS variable, it is still
possible to only run the NFS tests, when both CephFS and RBD are
disabled.

The tests for the NFS-provisioner can be run by passing -deploy-nfs and
-test-nfs as parameters to the `go test` or `e2e.test` command.
