with new release of snapshotter the
labels are changed, this commit uses
the new labels to list the snapshot
controller pod.

canary tag is no more used in the
snapshotter yaml and latest version are
used, instead of searching for tag check
for the image name and do sed to replace
the required tag only.

as PSP is deprecated in kubernetes 1.21
and will be removed in kubernetes 1.25
removing the existing PSP related templates
from the repo and updated the required documents.

Considering snapshot controllers have been moved to GA since
kube version 1.20, we no longer need to have a mention of beta
version of the same in our deployment.

Currently the scripts/install-snapshot.sh script needs to be called
depending on the Kubernetes version. It would be much easier to use the
script if it is intelligent enough to decide itself whether k8s snapshot
controller needs to be installed or not.

we cannot depend on the master branch of external-snapshotter
in cephcsi as the master branch can change anytime. its
good to use released tags to our E2E.
