Mudit Agarwal 8c2bdbc001 rbd: implement rbd.updateVolWithImageInfo() with go-ceph ...

updateVolWithImageInfo() is currently executing an rbd command
to get details about an RBD image. Replaced it with the
required go-ceph functions.
