Niels de Vos 24a66af3af rbd: remove unused ControllerPublishVolume and ControllerUnpublishVolume ... The RBD ControllerService does not expose the `PUBLISH_UNPUBLISH_VOLUME` capability, so ControllerPublishVolume and ControllerUnpublishVolume will never get called.
